What we do
Four ways companies bring us in.
Projects
A migration, a rebuild, an integration that has to ship. We scope it, run it, and hand it back working.
Questions and training
An hour with someone who has seen it before, or a morning teaching your team to run it themselves. Not a six-week engagement.
Processes
How work actually moves through your company. Mapped, simplified, and made to hold once we leave.
Special projects
The odd one out. No owner, no precedent, and a date already attached to it.
The network
A small firm with a long bench.
We keep the firm deliberately small and the roster of experts deliberately wide: engineers, data people, security folks, operators who have run the function you are trying to fix. You work with us. We bring the specialist to the table when the problem earns one, and you never pay for a bench you are not using.

Our values
How we prefer to work.
Confidentiality
What we see inside your company stays inside your company.
It is the first of our principles, not a clause at the end of a contract. We do not name our clients or reuse their material, every expert we bring in signs the same terms we do, and when we write about the work the identifying details come out before anything is published.
Plain language
No jargon between you and the decision. If we cannot explain it simply, we do not understand it yet.
Right-sized
The smallest thing that solves the problem. We would rather write a short invoice than build an empire.
Hands on the work
The people who scoped it are the people who do it. Nobody is handed down a level after the first meeting.
Yours to keep
Every engagement ends with your team able to run the thing without us on the phone.
Mission & vision
Mission
To give small and mid-sized companies the same quality of technical judgment that large ones keep on staff.
Vision
A market where the size of a company no longer decides the quality of its technology, or the confidence behind the decision.
Articles
Reflections from the work.
AUG 11
Training that outlasts the consultant
The third month after I leave is the only review that counts.
MAY 12
Where AI pays for itself in a forty-person company
I keep a list of the pilots that worked. All of them are boring.
FEB 24
Answering the enterprise security questionnaire
Two hundred questions, a founder who had not slept, and one spreadsheet.
Contact

Tell us what is on your desk. A first conversation costs nothing and usually takes half an hour.
